Lynn! Have I told you lately that you're my favorite! lol lol!
recipe for the mints:
(1) 2 lb. bag powdered sugar
(1) bar philly cream cheese (no off brand)
(1/4) tsp. creme de methe
mix all ingredients together. roll out to 1/8" thick and cut with cookie cutters or roll into small balls then roll in sugar and press into molds.

I see extra tummy crunches in my future. lol! How did you do the almond butter ones? Just use almond extract instead of the creme de menthe?
